When planning and working on commercial fit out and refurbishment projects our policy is to attach the highest importance to all aspects of health, safety and welfare for our employees, clients and members of the public.
All refurbishment and fit out projects undertaken comply fully with all HSE and current safety legislation and The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM 2015). CDM regulations apply to all building and construction work and includes new build, demolition, refurbishment, extensions, conversions, repair and maintenance.
We’re accredited members of Achilles, a global leader and partner of choice for supply chain risk and performance management, and Constructionline, a leading third party Governance & Risk Management provider. We pay close attention to health and safety, and our staff behave in a considerate and environmentally responsible way.
Our management team regularly review our Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and policies and apply improvements where necessary to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards for our clients with the backing and support of NatWest Mentor Health and Safety services.
