Our Philosophy and Approach
We take care of all elements of commercial interior refurbishment and fit out projects, from start to finish.
This includes design, construction, lighting and electrical, plumbing and heating, furniture through to management and oversight of the entire project.
We have an experienced team who work with you to plan, implement and manage your scheme meaning you have just one point of contact, and we follow a well-developed three step process for all our projects.
Step 1: Planning and design
We work with you to help define your objectives and goals for what you want to achieve from your proposed project. For example is more efficient use of space a priority, or do you need more meeting space, or perhaps is the reception area a key concern? What feedback have your employees given you about their working environment?
Once we’ve helped you define and understand the objectives for your project we’ll provide you with layout and design ideas, which we can then build in 3D and Virtual Reality if required. We use the latest technology to allow you to get a good feel for your project before any work starts.
Step 2: Propose budget and timescales
We’ll develop and agree a budget for your office fit out. We can also adapt elements such as the materials used or level of finish to help meet any particular budget requirements you may have. Timescales are also defined at this stage, including identifying critical lead times such as IT and communications infrastructure.
Step 3: Project manage to completion
Our team are highly experienced at project management and we manage the work from start to finish, leaving you free to run your business. As your single point of contact we’ll keep you fully informed of how the fit out is progressing, and we understand good communication is key.
