We follow a well-developed 3 step process to deliver effective results:
1. Planning and design, including 3D visualisation when required
Firstly, we work with you to help you develop and define your objectives and goals for what you want to achieve from your office fit out. What elements are specific and important to your business and your staff? Is flexible office space a priority, or perhaps you anticipate needing higher occupancy levels?
Once we’ve helped you define and understand the objectives for your office fit out we’ll provide you with office layout and design ideas, which we can then build in 3D and Virtual Reality if required. Although an office space can't be fully experienced until it's completed, we use the latest technology to allow you to get a good feel for your project before any work starts.
2. Propose budget and timescales
We’ll develop and agree a budget for your office fit out. We can also adapt elements such as the materials used or level of finish to help meet any particular budget requirements you may have. Timescales are also defined at this stage, including identifying critical lead times such as IT and communications infrastructure.
3. Project manage to completion
Our team are highly experienced at project management and we manage the work from start to finish, leaving you free to concentrate on your business. As your single point of contact we’ll keep you fully informed of how the fit out is progressing, and we understand good communication is key.

CDM regulations apply to all building and construction work and includes new build, demolition, refurbishment, extensions, conversions, repair and maintenance.
