We follow a proven 3 step process to deliver effective results:

1. Planning and design, including 3D visualisation when required

Firstly, we work with you to help you develop and define your objectives and goals for what you want to achieve from your office refurbishment. Do you need more meeting space, or perhaps is the reception area a key concern? What feedback have your employees given you about their working environment?

Once we’ve helped you define and understand the objectives for your refurbishment we’ll provide you with office layout and design ideas, which we can then build in 3D and Virtual Reality if required. We use the latest technology to give you a good feel for how your finished refurbishment project will look before any work starts.

2. Propose budget and timescales

We’ll develop and agree a budget for your project. We can also adapt elements such as the materials used or level of finish to help meet any particular budget requirements you may have. Timescales are also defined at this stage, including identifying critical lead times such as IT and communications infrastructure.

3. Project manage to completion

Our team are highly experienced at project management and we can manage the work from start to finish, leaving you free to concentrate on your business. As many offices need to remain open whilst the refurbishment work is carried out, we understand the need to work quickly and to agreed timescales, whilst maintaining good communication throughout.

All refurbishment projects we undertake comply fully with all current safety legislation and The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM 2015). CDM regulations apply to all building and construction work and includes new build, demolition, refurbishment, extensions, conversions, repair and maintenance.
